5.31.2009 Check Point ends support for R62 and below
Check Point Software Solutions, the leader in Internet Security, discontinues support for version R62 of their Firewall as of May 31, 2009. Moving forward, only R65 and above will be supported. 10.20.2008 Got Net partners with DLP player, Code Green
Pure Security meets Pure DLP. Got Net Security, a security focused reseller, partners with Code Green Networks, a pure play DLP (Data Loss Prevention) provider. TrueDLP from Code Green Networks is the first solution on the market that provides network, endpoint, discovery and encryption-based DLP services. Through proprietary fingerprinting technology Code Green Networks is able to recognize and register a wide variety of both structured (fields in databases or columns in spreadsheets) and unstructured data (document formats such as Microsoft Office, source code and PDF files) eliminating the high false positives and false negatives plagued in other DLP solutions.
